Janet Peckinpaugh for Congress

Dear Friends,

Our victory on August 10th is the first step in taking back our government. Now, we need your help to win on November 2nd.

Together we can help bring an end to the partisan politics in Washington and get Congress working for all Americans.

It has become clear that the status quo in Washington will not work for our country going forward. A jobless economic recovery with runaway spending and record debt is unacceptable. We must work to restore fiscal responsibility in order to ensure our future prosperity. We need to move to a sensible center.

Joe Courtney votes along party lines -with his leader, Nancy Pelosi- not with Eastern Connecticut's best interests. Our economy is suffering, our health care system is on life-support and opportunities for the next generations are evaporating under the weight of increased government regulation and taxation. I want to turn that around.

I pledge to watch, listen, investigate and then act for your interests to restore accountability and priorities in Washington.

Congress needs moderation to calm the political venom and vitriol.

Together we will make a difference!

Janet
